Hi all,

Appologies for the site being fairly inactive this past few months, I've had a lot going on in the real world; as i run shardcom in my spare time it's taken the brunt of my neglect but hopefully I'm back on track now and will try to keep weekly updates going (even if they're only a spell)

In other news i was inspired today by a conversation i had with someone to write an artical on magickal energy as it seems to be an area in magick which even the more advanced of us are a tad rusty on.
